- Hello all! I'm Cooter, a 6-year old (DOB 3.30.2004), neutered male Vizsla-Lab mix. I am very good with children and small dogs. I am a bit unpredictable around LARGE dogs because I was attacked at a young age by a BIG labrador; lost a tooth and fractured another. I weigh 48lbs, am micro-chipped, vaccine current, rabies current, heartworm negative and use HeartGuard plus.. I am housebroken, know basic commands like sit and down and on your side and I will work for food. I am very active and LOVE attention. If I am ignored, as I was, I try to dig out of my enclosure and go find someone to pay attention to me; however, I always come home (never look a gift meal in the mouth). I was surrendered to the Solano County shelter way back in the beginning of April. I was rescued by VCNC Rescue Ops on May 29th and now I am looking for a foster or adoptive home. Won't you give me a chance to show my love for you?
